Kasai Village Dive and Spa Resort

Kasai Village Dive & Spa ResortKasai Village Resort was established in October 2006 under Swedish management. Since then, it has been meticulously managed by Mr. Michael  Pettersson and his wife Lydia. They are assisted by additional resort staff, dive instructors, divemasters and the local boatmen who are always helpful and familiar with the area. Kasai Village Resort was gradually developed over the years.
Snorkeling and Scuba Diving Far Away from Mass Tourism

The Kasai Village Resort is the destination for divers and nature enthusiasts who are searching for first-class dive spots away from overcrowded commercial areas. For this reason, the resort pays close attention to keeping the diving groups on our boats small (a maximum of four divers for each dive guide). To ensure that you truly enjoy your dives, we put great importance on safety, service and the complete satisfaction of our guests. Before the dive begins, we inform you about the special conditions of the actual dive site, the underwater fauna and flora and specific safety guidelines. Whenever possible, we try to fulfill any personal requests you might have. With regard to language preferences, aside from Filipino, we also speak English, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish and Swedish.
Environment-Friendly and Sustainable Development to Protect Nature

We maintain a sustainable development of the resort in accordance with nature and the native inhabitants of the island. Our overall aim is the protection and preservation of the unique beauty of the Island of Cebu and its environment. To ensure that future generations will be able to enjoy it, we take good care of the environment; we segregate garbage and dispose of it properly and we are always mindful of the little ways we can take care of our surroundings. Our activities are characterized by a consciousness of our social and ecological responsibilities.

Our accommodations are tastefully designed with attention to detail and the handicrafts of local artists. As one of the primary employers in barangay Tuble, we offer progressive compensation packages and social welfare to our team. We put great importance on an ambience that is shaped by teamwork, goodwill, free exchange of ideas and respect of individual dignity. The relationships that we build among our staff members, as well as with our clients, are driven by a spirit of partnership which engenders involvement, contribution and mutual support.

We are situated at the southwestern coast of the Island of Cebu, near the fishing village of Moalboal, right in front of a stunning coral shoreline and a short distance from the world-famous Pescador Island. The area hosts only a handful of resorts, of which Kasai Village is in a distinct class of its own.

The resort is perfectly suited for diving and other water sports. You will get to know the diversity of the amazing Island of Cebu when you go on exciting excursions like jungle trips, cave exploring, motorcycle riding in the mountains, trekking down a hill to the waterfalls and hot springs and much more! Kasai Village is equally suited for romantics and travelers who just want to relax.

We believe that you deserve to have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends. The friendly and luxurious atmosphere of the resort will give you the chance to get away from everyday stress and get into “island time.” We will do our best to give you the holiday you dream of and deserve.

Getting Here

Mactan-Cebu International Airport is home to various airlines like Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong, and SilkAir (Singapore Airlines) from Singapore. An alternative is to fly to Manila and take a domestic flight or ferry to Cebu. Flights from Manila to Cebu are offered several times a day. The boat trip takes about 20 hours but cruising on a luxury liner through the Philippine archipelago is an  adventure in itself.

When you arrive in Cebu City, you can choose from a variety of transfer services to get to Moalboal.

Inform us ahead of time and we will organize a direct transfer to Kasai Village Dive & Spa Resort for you. All you have to do is come to Cebu City. You will be picked up at the airport or at the harbour by our staff and brought directly to Kasai Village Dive & Spa Resort.

If you would like to come on your own, you can travel to Moalboal either by taxi or bus.
